I have totally sucked at this blogging thing lately. I've been hella busy at my new job, with training and everything. You gotta prioritize, you know? I do want to keep on writing, though, and as I've learned from Jen Sincero, if you don't do it- it doesn't get done. I had originally had the goal of writing one op-ed a week, but I don't think that's practical. I'm going to try to do two a month for April and May. Have any ideas on what I should write about? Post a comment or drop me a line!

Went hiking in Malibu this weekend and it was beautiful! If you live in SoCal, make the drive and hit up Malibu Bluffs Park. It's gorgeous! TMS and I have been going every weekend this month to drink a coffee, hike the trails and just enjoy the good weather.

Another awesome thing we've been enjoying is the farmers' market. We made a commitment to eat sustainably and locally as much as possible, while cutting down on animal based proteins as much as possible. I made purple sweet potato and baby beets for dinner the night before last and they were awesome! Snap peas, carrots, asparagus, blood oranges, cuties, white grapefruit, baby artichokes, strawberries and blueberries part of our haul this week. This has been our second week shopping exclusively at the farmers' market, and it's cost about $20/more than Trader Joes. And if we cut out the more exotic stuff we're sure that it would cost the same, or less. It's been really fun, like an adventure, every time we've gone shopping.

As far as television, I've been watching RuPaul's Drag Race (was totally surprised that they sent Pandora home! and TMS and I HATE Tyra! HATE!) and Millionaire Matchmaker (we LOVE you, Patti!). Nothing too exciting. TMS has been recording Lost, so I've kind of gotten roped into that, too. It's exhausting, but addictive. I'm powerless and Must. Keep. Watching.

And that's that. Not as awesome or controversial as some of my more recent posts, but it's what's up. I will return soon.....

Hello Berlin, you write a very entertaining and informative blog.

Your decision to eat better and to eat things that are less destructive of the planet is very positive.

I wonder if you grow any of your own veggies. fresh veggies right off the plant are delicious and it is pretty cool that they have never been on a truck. In the case of tomatoes the taste changes if they are ever refrigerated so eating them fresh and vine ripened is truly a taste delight. Gardening also saves a trip to the gym.

Best wishes

Congratulations on your new job. We must have missed it, so if you can remind us what you're doing, it would be appreciated. While you probably don't need us to remind you, once you have a steady employment history, perhaps you can get a debt consolidation load to pay off that high-interest credit card debt. Credit-card interest is an absolute killer, especially when the prime is so low.Meanwhile, be grateful that you don't live in a backward state, defined by us as "states which do not have Trader Joe's."

Well, since you are hiking so much perhaps add a photo or two of the places you and TMS have been exploring. My idle curiosity has me wondering what type of footwear you favor for these excursions ... I can't imagine it falls within the 'fetish pump' category. :)

Fine to hear you have refreshing time in the 'backcountry' with John, M. And that you have a common 'third' actually : your link to some natural way (of eating eg.). Very important, I feel, in love affair, not to be stuck one to the other scrutinizing the white of the other's eyes, if I may say, but to have an 'horizon' as third reference (of interest, speach etc.). Love needs to breathe into some distance, not to choke from skin-to-skin contest. You have certainly remark when two persons are in love, there is sex in between for sure lol!, but also how keenly they get the feeling of a 'new' life : they are re-inventing the sense of anything around themselves, like an interest for hiking, or doing paysant markets and so on. Remarkable as the new leaves of trees in Spring are bright celadon, when in love, and not dusty-looking urban things eg.

In other news, what's that 'job' which implies you training? Aaah training, lol! You are quite an expert in some angles of the thing, on which ground d'you need to return to school?

Topics for new posts? I know from yourself you have always had a fascination for role-plays linked to a substitution of body appearance of oneself. Eg. for you to wear corsets etc. Theater. Conscious plays with the image of oneself. Demanding a syntax if in interaction with others who also do roleplays. There's a taste for 'perversity' in there, if 'perv' = who is pleased with 'polymorphous targets without fixations'. If you are retired from your 'pornstar roleplay', as a job, you are certainly not retired from the pleasure and aptitude of getting fun with 'playing a show' with the image of oneself. If it were the case, you no longer are a red-head, I swear it lol! and never look again at yourself in a mirror, what I cannot figure. What do you think about that sort of ground for an eventual post?

French kisses RJ
